5-10-7: LICENSE NONTRANSFERABLE:

No license issued hereunder may be transferred from one person to another, either by contract or operation of law, or from one location to another, without the consent of the council, in writing, spread on the minutes of a regular or special meeting of the council. (Ord. 199, 7-6-1971)
