§ 32.126 FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT OFFICER.
   (A)   There is hereby created the position of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Officer of the city.
   (B)   The Mayor with the advice and consent of the corporate authorities shall appoint a FOIA Officer. The Mayor may appoint more than one FOIA Officer.
   (C)   Appointments shall be annual appointments for one year from May 1 to April 30.
   (D)   FOIA Officers shall receive a $0.75 hourly premium that will be added to the employee’s base pay.
