§ 32.089 DUTY TO ATTEND COUNCIL MEETINGS; ASSIST COUNCIL.
   The City Treasurer shall be present at all regular meetings of the City Council, either in person or by his or her representative, and shall advise and assist the City Council in matters of finance and spending.
