(A) District established. The Dorothy Drive Business District, as described in Exhibit A attached to Ordinance 2005-24 and incorporated herein as if set out in full by this reference, is hereby established as a business district pursuant to ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 11-74.3-5 of the Business District Act, being ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 11-74.3. The map of the Dorothy Drive Business District is depicted on Exhibit B attached to Ordinance 2005-24 and incorporated herein as if set out in full by this reference.
(B) Other actions. The Mayor, the City Clerk and the proper officers, officials, agents and employees of the city are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to do all such acts and things and to execute all such documents and certificates as may be necessary to carry out and comply with the provisions of and to further the purposes and intent of this section, including the preamble to Ordinance 2005-24.
