§ 134.40 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CHILD SEX OFFENDER. Includes any person defined as a child sex offender or sexual predator and child sex offender under ILCS Ch. 720, Act 5.
