§ 134.19 POSSESSION OF TOBACCO AND RELATED PRODUCTS BY MINORS PROHIBITED.
   No minor under 18 years of age shall possess, in any form or in any manner, any tobacco, tobacco products or smoking herbs within the corporate limits of the city.
