It is unlawful for any person to knowingly send or cause to be sent, bring or cause to be brought into the city, for sale or distribution, or in this city to prepare, manufacture, sell, publish, print, exhibit, distribute or offer to distribute or cause the same, or have in his or her possession with intent to sell, distribute or have in his or her possession with intent to sell, distribute or to exhibit or offer to distribute, or advertise, give notice, supply information where, how, of whom or by what means possession, control or use can be obtained or effectuated of any sexually obscene material.
