§ 132.37 PROHIBITED ACTS OF TRESPASS.
   The following acts or conduct of any person in a public place, whether public or privately owned, are hereby declared to be unlawful, and any person found guilty of any of these acts shall be guilty of an offense:
   (A)   Entering property with any motor vehicle and parking the vehicle and leaving the premises without the express consent of the owner or operator of the property. Any motor vehicle parked in violation of this section shall be subject to a parking citation or may be impounded subject to the impounding charges established by the city;
   (B)   Entering property of another, in or upon a motor vehicle and using the property for cruising, racing, as a shortcut to another street, or to annoy or endanger any person or other vehicle lawfully or unlawfully on the property;
   (C)   For any person in the presence or hearing of another, to curse or abuse the person or use any violently abusive language under circumstances reasonably calculated to provoke a breach of the peace; and
   (D)   For three or more persons to congregate in a public place and loiter therein as defined in § 132.35.
