§ 132.16 NOTICE TO CITY; INSPECTION OF PREMISES.
   It shall be the duty of any person conducting, calling for or managing any gathering or performance in any premises other than a theater, lodge room or auditorium building constructed as provided in this subchapter, to notify the City Clerk of the date of the intended gathering or performance at least ten days before the meeting is to take place. The Chief of Police or the Building Inspector shall inspect the premises no earlier than three days prior to the date of the entertainment or gathering to determine whether or not it complies with the provisions of this subchapter.
