§ 132.01 DISORDERLY CONDUCT.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to commit disorderly conduct in the city.
   (B)   For the purposes of this section, a person commits disorderly conduct when he or she knowingly does any act in such an unreasonable manner as to alarm or disturb another and to provoke a breach of the peace.
