§ 131.32 LITTERING.

It shall be unlawful to leave or scatter wastepaper, paper containers for foodstuffs, bills, posters, lithographs, advertising matter, refuse, sweepings or similar materials on the sidewalks, streets, alleys or public grounds of the city.
