§ 130.21 DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS.

It shall be unlawful to discharge any firearms or airgun in the city. This section shall not be construed to prohibit any officer of the law from discharging a firearm in the performance of his or her duties or to any citizen when lawfully defending his or her person or property.
