§ 116.083 PERMITTING MINORS IN ESTABLISHMENTS PROHIBITED; EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any holder of a retail liquor dealer’s license or his or her agent or employee to permit any minor to remain in any room or compartment adjoining or adjacent to or situated in the room or place where the licensed premises are located.
   (B)   The provisions of division (A) of this section shall not apply to any minor who is accompanied by his or her parent or guardian, or to any licensed premises which derives its principal business from the sale or services of other commodities than alcoholic liquor.
