No person shall keep open, operate or use any bowling alley or commercial athletic facility selling alcoholic beverages between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. on all days except Sundays, and on Sundays between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon.
