§ 116.060 CLOSING HOURS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any licensee under this subchapter to keep open or permit to be open any place where alcoholic liquor is sold between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. of any day, including Sundays. All patrons must be out of establishments by 1:30 a.m., including Sundays. Subject to these limitations, the sale of alcoholic liquor by licensees is permitted.
   (B)   The intent of division (A) of this section is not to close entire businesses or events, but only those portions or areas of businesses devoted to the sale of alcoholic liquor.
