No license required by this subchapter shall be issued to a limited liability company unless each manager, or member acting as a manager, shall be qualified to receive a license; no license shall be issued to a limited liability company if any member owning more than 5% of the limited liability company would be ineligible to be a licensee for a reason other than residency.
