No license required by this subchapter shall be issued to a general partnership unless all the members of the partnership shall be qualified to receive a license. No license shall be issued to a limited partnership unless each general partner shall be qualified to receive a license; no license shall be issued to a limited partnership if any limited partner owning more than 5% of the aggregate limited partnership interest would be ineligible to be a licensee for a reason other than residency.
