§ 116.028 RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT FOR LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICANTS.
   No license shall be issued to an applicant for a liquor license as a sole proprietorship unless that applicant shall have been a bona fide resident of the city for one year prior to the filing of the application for the license. All other applicants must be a resident of the city or live within 30 minutes of the licensed premises.
