(A) The fees for licenses issued pursuant to this chapter shall be established by the City Council.
(B) The fees for licenses issued for special events, special or foreign caterer retailers special use permits shall be paid in full at the time of application.
(C) The fees for all other licenses shall be paid annually in a single installment; the fees shall accompany the application for license or renewal of license.
(D) All license fees shall be paid with a certified check, cashiers check or money order. Personal checks will not be accepted. In the event a liquor license is denied, the license fees shall be refunded to the applicant.
(E) In no case shall there be a pro rata refund on any unused portion of a liquor license.
