§ 116.019 LIMITATION ON NUMBER OF LICENSES PER PERSON.
   For Classes A, B, C, D, E or CE, the number of licenses for the sale of alcoholic liquor shall, in no case, exceed two per person. For purposes of this section, a PERSON shall include: an individual, a partner of a general partnership, a general partner of a limited partnership, a limited partner who owns more than 5% of a limited partnership, a manager of a limited liability company, a member who owns more than 5% of a limited liability company, an officer or director of a corporation, or a shareholder of more than 5% of a corporation.
