   The Local Liquor Control Commissioner is given the right to enter or to authorize any law enforcement officers to enter at any time upon any premises licensed under this chapter to determine whether any violations of the Liquor Control Act of 1934, ILCS Ch. 235, Act 5, § 1-1 as amended, this code, other ordinances of the city or any rules or regulations adopted by the Local Liquor Control Commissioner have been or are being violated, and at this time to examine the premises of the licensee.
