§ 115.04 STANDARDS FOR PREMISES.
   Each massage parlor or massage school shall comply with the following standards.
   (A)   All tables, tubs, shower stalls and floors (except reception and administrative areas) shall be made of nonporous materials which may be readily disinfected.
   (B)   Separate, closed containers shall be provided for wet towels and waste materials.
   (C)   Separate toilet and lavatory facilities shall be supplied for male and female patrons and personnel of the establishment. Each operating area shall be equipped with a hand lavatory. No toilet and lavatory facility may be used in conjunction with any other business, and the toilets and lavatories shall be located so as to ensure privacy between the massage parlor or massage school and any other business or use.
   (D)   All equipment, shower stalls, toilets, lavatories and any other such accoutrements shall be regularly treated by disinfectants and shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
   (E)   No part of the quarters shall be used for or connected with any bedroom or sleeping quarters. No person shall sleep in any massage parlor or massage school.
