§ 114.52 FILING OF LICENSE APPLICATION AND COMMUNITY IMPACT STATEMENT.
   A completed adult entertainment license application and a completed community impact statement shall be filed by the applicant simultaneously at the office of the City Clerk. Copies of the license application and the community impact statement shall be distributed by the Clerk to all Council members, the Mayor, the Director of Public Works, the Fire Marshal, the Chief of Police and to any other parties requesting the documents. The City Clerk may assess a charge for the reasonable actual copying cost of any statement issued to persons requesting the documents.
