No adult theater or adult mini-theater shall be operated at any time unless at least two employees are then present on the premises and working. At least one of the employees in an adult theater shall be an usher, and shall be designated as such by uniform or otherwise. No performer, dancer, singer, entertainer or waitress shall count toward the required total of two employees under this section.
