Separate, approved restroom-toilet facilities shall be provided for men and women which meet all requirements of the Illinois Plumbing Code and the barrier-free design code. Each restroom facility shall be marked at all times by illuminated signs designated “men” and “women.” All restroom-toilet facilities shall be directly accessible to the adult theater audience room, or area in an adult mini-theater where movies, videotapes or film strips are shown, and patrons shall not be required to leave an enclosure and go to the outside of any building in order to have access to any restroom-toilet facility.
