§ 114.17 REQUIREMENTS FOR LICENSE.
   The person making application for a license to operate an adult theater or adult mini-theater shall, prior to being granted the license, obtain and present for the consideration of the City Council:
   (A)   A community impact statement as described herein;
   (B)   A certificate signed by a city building inspector showing compliance with all provisions of the zoning ordinance, Building Code, Electrical Code and Plumbing Code of the city;
   (C)   A certificate from the Fire Marshal showing compliance with fire safety requirements of this chapter and state law;
   (D)   A certificate from the City Clerk showing compliance with the provisions of this chapter;
   (E)   The name and residence of each applicant shall be supplied. If the applicant is a corporation, the names and residences of all the directors, officers and shareholders owning a 10% interest or more therein, either directly or beneficially, shall be given. If the applicant is a partnership, the names and residences of each partner shall be given; and
   (F)   A certificate from the Chief of Police that neither the applicant, the operator or operators or the employees, have been convicted of any felony, the offense of prostitution, failure to obey the lawful command of a police officer, indecent exposure, soliciting for immoral purposes, criminal sexual conduct, or a violation of any criminal obscenity statute or ordinance within the eight years prior to the date of the license application.
