(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in any obscene act as defined by state law or to dance, entertain, display or otherwise engage in any exhibition or performance in such a manner as to expose to the view of any person within an adult entertainment business, or in any other commercial establishment:
(1) His or her genitals, pubic hair, buttocks, perineum, anal region or pubic hair region;
(2) Any device, costume or covering which gives the appearance of or simulates the genitals, pubic hair, buttocks, perineum, anal region or pubic hair region; or
(3) Any portion of the female breasts at or below the areola thereof.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in any of the following acts at any adult entertainment business or any establishment licensed or required to be licensed under this subchapter:
(1) Analingus;
(2) Bestiality;
(3) Coprophilia;
(4) Cunnilingus;
(5) Fellatio;
(6) Flagellation;
(7) Frottage;
(8) Masturbation;
(9) Sexual intercourse;
(10) Sodomy; or
(11) Urologina.
(C) It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly promote the commission of any of the unlawful acts listed in divisions (A) and (B) above.
