§ 114.02 MINORS.
   (A)   Employment. No person under the age of 18 shall be employed by an adult entertainment business, nor shall a person under the age of 18 be contracted with by an adult entertainment business for the provision of services to patrons.
   (B)   Sales. No person under the age of 18 shall be sold or provided with any goods, merchandise or services by any adult entertainment business or by the employees of any adult entertainment business.
   (C)   On premises. No person under the age of 18 shall be allowed to be on the premises of any adult entertainment business licensed or required to be licensed under this chapter.
   (D)   Posting. The prohibitions of this section shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the business premises.
   (E)   Grounds for criminal prosecution, revocation. A violation of any of the divisions of this section shall be grounds for criminal prosecution of the underage person, and of any licensee, owner, operator and employees who permitted the violation of the section by the underage person. A violation of this section shall also constitute a grounds for revocation of any license granted under this chapter.
