§ 112.35 EMPLOYMENT OF UNLICENSED DRIVERS PROHIBITED.

No person licensed to operate a taxicab pursuant to this chapter shall employ, as a driver of the taxicab, any person not licensed according to the provisions of state law and the provisions of this subchapter.
