§ 112.15 NONEXCLUSIVE NATURE OF LICENSES.
   Any license granted to operators or drivers under this chapter shall be nonexclusive and nothing contained in this chapter shall be deemed to grant any person, or operator, a franchise or exclusive right to operate a taxicab within the city.
