The annual fee, payable in advance, for a license required by this subchapter shall be in an amount established by the City Council for each taxicab operated. Whenever the number of taxicabs shall be increased during the license year, the licensee shall notify the City Clerk of the change and shall pay the additional fee. The fee shall be in lieu of any other vehicle fee required by this code or other ordinance.
