§ 112.04 CHARACTER OF APPLICANT.
   No license required by this subchapter shall be issued to or held by any person who is not a person of good character or has been convicted of a felony. No license shall be issued to or be held by any corporation if any officer thereof would be ineligible for a license under this section.
