Failure to comply with this subchapter shall be punishable in accordance with § 10.99. The city shall notify any business enterprise in violation of this subchapter of the fact of the violation and give them at least ten days’ time within which to come into compliance, with the penalties to run from and beginning on the eleventh day after the notice is mailed by first class or certified mail.
