§ 110.05 CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP, TYPE OR LOCATION OF BUSINESS.
   In the event of a change of ownership, type or the location of a business, a new business registration filing shall be made within 60 days of any such change. A filing fee established by the City Council shall be paid for the opening of a new file when a change is made pursuant to this section.
