§ 92.087 CERTAIN PERMITS TO BE APPROVED BY COUNCIL.
   No permit for the construction of a driveway for commercial use, or for the habitual use of other than the owner or occupant of the premises served, shall be issued except upon the order of the building inspectors. All permits shall be subject to approval of the Director of Public Works.
