§ 92.072 AFFIXING NUMBER TO BUILDING.
   It shall be the duty of the owner and occupant of every building in the city to have placed thereon, in a place visible from the street, figures showing the number of the building. Any person failing to number a building owned or occupied by him or her after receiving notice to do so from the City Clerk shall be guilty of a violation of this code.
