§ 92.057 TREES, SHRUBS AND UNDERGROUND UTILITIES; PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to plant or remove any tree or shrub in any public street or parkway or other public place in the city without having secured a permit therefor.
   (B)   Application for a permit required by this section shall be made to the City Clerk and shall be referred by him or her to the Mayor and Council for action.
