(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, deposit or place upon any street, highway, alley or sidewalk in the city any bottles, cans, glass, nails, tacks, wire, coal, gravel, sand, mud or any other substance likely to injure any person, vehicle or animal.
(B) Any person throwing, depositing or placing any material in violation of division (A) of this section shall immediately remove the material from the street, alley or sidewalk.
