§ 91.65 SIGNS, ADVERTISEMENTS PROHIBITED ON PUBLIC PROPERTY; REMOVAL.
   (A)   No signs or advertisements shall be installed or erected upon any public property.
   (B)   Any person for whose benefit any sign is erected in violation of division (A), or any person who is the subject of any such sign, shall be presumed to have authorized the erection of the sign and, upon 24-hours’ notice by telephone by the Police Department, he or she shall remove the sign.
