§ 90.34 DISPOSAL OF UNREDEEMED DOGS, CATS AND OTHER ANIMALS.

All impounded dogs and cats which shall not be redeemed as provided by law shall be humanely destroyed. Nothing herein shall prevent the adoption of such dogs, cats or other animals in compliance with then existing laws.
