Notwithstanding any other provision of this code, it shall be unlawful to keep any live swine in the city, excepting that one exotic swine of the species commonly referred to as “Vietnamese pot belly pig” may be kept at each residence. Any Vietnamese pot belly pig kept in the city must be maintained primarily within the residence itself and shall not be maintained in an outdoor enclosure or pen or allowed to run at large or unleashed in the city.
