§ 70.43 LEAVING WRECKED, NONOPERATING AND THE LIKE VEHICLES ON STREETS.

No person shall leave any partially dismantled, nonoperating, wrecked or junked vehicle on any street or highway within the city. The term NONOPERATING VEHICLE shall include but not be limited to a vehicle with no current license plates issued and affixed to it.
