(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 52.030 through 52.036 shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense. Each day that a violation exists shall be considered a separate offense. This penalty may be invoked as an alternative to, or as an addition to, any other penalties provided for in §§ 51.17 and 51.18.
