§ 52.142 FIRE DISTRICT CONNECTIONS.

Any appropriate Fire Protection District may, upon prior approval of the city, install fire plugs approved in advance by the city upon city water mains. The fire plug or hydrant shall be paid for and installed by the Fire Protection District and thereafter will be the property of the city, and the annual charge for rental of the fire hydrant by the Fire Protection District will be as established by the City Council.
