§ 52.138 USE RESTRICTED TO OWNERS OR CONSUMERS.
   All private fire connections, mains, pipes, fire hydrants, standpipes, automatic sprinklers and any other privately owned fire extinguishing apparatus shall be installed, maintained and used only by the owner or consumer.
