§ 52.121 PROVISIONS, CHARGES CUMULATIVE.
   This subchapter shall be in addition to all other provisions of this code and other ordinances now in force in connection with connections to the city water system. It is the express policy of the city that a connection charge shall be made by the city in addition to any other charges required by this subchapter. The connection charge shall be as established by the City Council.
