§ 52.051 INSTALLATION ORDER; INSTALLATION; RETURN OF ORDER.
   Upon the filing of an application required by § 52.050 and payment of the prescribed fee, an order for the installation of the meter and service connections shall be issued by the officer or employee of the city whose duty it shall be to make the installation and connection based upon the work schedule set by the Director of Public Works, and to return the order immediately upon completion of the work, with an endorsement thereon signed by him or her showing the date, place and manner in which the meter service connection was made and an itemized statement of the cost of installation.
