(A) The consumer shall install and maintain in good condition the water pipe, fixtures and plumbing on his or her premises and extending to the city service connection at the curb line. No employee of the city shall make any repairs or do any work on the consumer’s water pipe, fixtures or plumbing.
(B) The city will inspect and advise, upon request, as to needed repairs, changes or additions to the consumer’s water pipe, fixtures or plumbing, without charge.
(C) The city shall not be held responsible or liable for any partial or entire stoppage of water flow, leakage, or any damage or damages, whether direct or resultant, to a consumer’s water pipe, fixtures or plumbing for any reason whatsoever.
