§ 52.011 CURB COCKS AND SIMILAR DEVICES PROHIBITED.

The use of any curb cocks, meter service cocks or any gate valve in a street belonging to the city to shut off or turn on the city water supply is prohibited. No person shall make any connection, addition or changes to any main or pipe belonging to the city.
