§ 52.009 REQUESTS TO SHUT OFF OR TURN ON WATER; FEE.
   If any person requests the city shut off or turn on water for the convenience of the person, then a fee established by the City Council shall be paid for each trip required by the city, plus the cost of any water that may be used or wasted in connection therewith.
